CANCELLATION
POLICY

Late submission of camp forms and late cancellations by potential High Flight Adventures participants not only eliminates their having the camp experience; it also reduces or eliminates the possibility of having another applicant attend the camp for that session. For this reason the following policy has been established:

1. All cancellations and refund requests specifying the Participant's name and the date of the requested camp must be made in writing by mail, to:

2. If a cancellation is received by High Flight Adventures more than 60 calendar days prior to the opening date of the camp session, the full deposit amount will be refunded.

3. If a cancellation is received by High Flight Adventures, 60 to 36 calendar days prior to the opening date of the camp session, one half of the deposit will be refunded.

4. If all Camp Forms are not received, fully completed at High Flight Adventures, 35 calendar days prior to the opening date of the camp session, reservations are subject to cancellation with no refund.

5. 35 days prior to the opening date of the camp session, all monies become non-refundable.

6. Cancellations and early departures based on family and health emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

NOTE: The Reservation Deposits for the 2008 Camp Year are:

$200 for the Junior Camp
$300 for the Basic Camp
$500 for the Advanced Camp
